You'll usually spot Brad out on the road, making sure collections run smoothly and everything ends up exactly where it should. With over 15 years in the recycling industry, he's pretty much seen it all - and if it can be recycled, Brad knows how. He's the go-to-guy for tricky loads, odd questions and keeping the day running like clockwork. 

Kay first dipped her toes into the recycling industry over 25 years ago, so she knows her way round waste (and a spreadsheet). She's the one who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes - organising the 'boring but important' stuff, sorting the compliance and making sure everything adds up. When she's not buried in paperwork, you'll usually find her with a brew in hand, catching up with customers and turning conversations into long-lasting partnerships. 

Our collection crew are the real engine of Reframe Recycling. They're the ones out on the road every day, lifting, loading and making sure your frames get from A to B without a hitch. Between them, they've clocked up thousands of miles, wrestled with more window frames than we can count, and perfected the art of reversing into tight spots. 

Friendly, reliable and never shy of hard work, they're the team you'll meet day to day. Whether its a quick hello on site or a full-load clear out, they make sure collections run smoothly - and somehow still find time for a bit of banter along the way.
